High-Volume Server-Based and Automated Electronic Signatures using Electronic Seal or Personalized Mass Signature Card
With our AutoSigner solution, you can automatically process PDFs and other documents on the fly or in batch mode. AutoSigner is installed on a central server, providing a centralized signature infrastructure. When processing PDF documents, the signature is embedded directly into the PDF document. PKCS#7 or S-MIME signatures can be generated for documents of any format and written to a separate signature file that is integrated with the original document. In addition to directory-based processing, SMTP and SOAP connectors provide seamless connectivity.
Create integrated, hidden, and visible PDF signatures, integrated TIFF signatures, and external PKCS#7 signatures. Use the universal converter to convert multipage TIFFs to PDF or create CI-compliant PDF documents from text and XML documents. Integrated timestamps can be used to verify the official time.
You can also connect to an existing SMTP delivery process using the SMTP add-on. This is a transparent email proxy that receives emails, signs all attachments (files) to those emails with a qualified signature, and then forwards them to the actual recipient. The signed documents are also made available in a directory for internal access.
The signature server can also be accessed through a web service. An asynchronous and a synchronous SOAP interface are provided. Optionally, AutoMailer can be used to automatically send any PDF documents including processing of integrated/attached data in the PDF such as email address, subject, text, CC, and BCC.

Optionally, you can also use AutoSigner DataCenter Edition (DCE). The DCE version provides the same functionality as AutoSigner, but runs as a service on Windows and can be controlled from the LAN via the management console and configured via the web interface.
With AutoSigner lite, you can sign batches of up to 500 documents at a time. The documents to be signed are stored in a directory and then automatically signed.
After signing 500 documents, AutoSigner must be restarted by entering the PIN again. AutoSigner lite is used, for example, in scanning environments directly at the scanning workstation and is not a server product.
